Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nestelio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days, are not eligible for a return or refund.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
